Import / Export
CSV is for bulk authoring/sharing. JSON is the lossless backup/restore format. Choosing a file does not change the library until you commit it.
Every committed import creates a reusable Set from the items that actually import. You can rename it here before committing or later in Saved Sets.
Filtered Bank
Filter the QBank, select the questions you want, and add them to Set Builder. Filtering never changes or removes a question.
